

1) How do I purchase the Icons Collections?
To purchase any of the Icons Collection online, simply click on the purchase button. Proceed with the transaction accrordingly. An e-mail containing the informations on where to download from will be send to you after the transaction is successfully processed. Proceed to download site to download the icons you purchased. A seperate e-mail containing the password to unlock the file will be delivered shortly after that.
2) Are the Icons Collections available from other distributors?
Yes, some of the Icons Collections are also available from our partners at Handango, PalmGear, PocketGear, Pocketland, PDAssi, MobiHand and YouPark.
3) What should I do if I have problem downloading the file?
Click on the support button above to send us an e-mail and we will rectify the problem for you.
4) Do I get free updated version of the Icons I purchased here?
Yes, definitely. Whenever a new updated version is released, we will send an e-mail containing information on where to download together with an userid and password to the e-mail address you submited during your point of purchase. This will only apply to customers who purchased directly from this site. For customers who have purchased from our partners, please refer to the respective site you have purchased from to download.
5) I noticed that some of the PPC version of Icons Collections contain a few subfolders, why can't all the icons be kept in one folder?
As our Icons Collections generally contains more icons compared to other's, the amount of memory required is significantly larger. By placing the icons in seperate folders, it speeds up the previewing tim time on the pda, especially those with slower processor. Customers may move the icons to different folder or to one folder if their pda's processor is fast enough.
6) I do not wish to purchase online, can I purchase it by mail?
If you wish to purchase and make payment by postal mail, you may send cash at your own risk. Currently, we only accept cash in US Dollar, Euro Dollar and Japanese Yen. Please contact our customer support team to make arrangement on cash payment.
